Our Maintenance Services
Spring Cleanup and Mulching
This service removes tree leaves, twigs, and small branches from your lawn, mulch beds, and shrubbery. We do bed edging on all existing mulched planting beds and tree rings. And a weed preventative application will be applied to mulch beds to help inhibit the growth of grassy weeds. Finally, all areas that have been edged will be mulched.
Fall Clean Ups
This service is a clean up that can take place once or multiple times throughout the season. Leaves will be removed from lawns, patios, and parking areas on your property.
Summer and Fall Annuals
Annual flowers get installed after mulching services have been completed in the spring and fall. In the spring, annuals are planted after mulching and in the fall, annuals are planted after the removal of existing annuals.
Mowing, Edging, and Trimming
Our mowing services begin approximately the first week in April and end approximately mid-November, weather permitting. With each mowing, line trimmers are used to trim around the building and all the landscape beds. All areas will be blown off and cleared of debris from the cutting service.
Pruning
This is the perfect service to care for and maintain your trees and shrubs. Pruning is a service that will maintain the uniform shape and size of your trees and shrubs. Pruning is removing “new” plant growth at appropriate times of the year and according to proper horticultural practices.
Lawn Fertilization Programs
Grass seed gets dropped directly into your existing grass to fill in bare spots, improve the density of the yard, establish improved grass varieties and enhance your lawn’s color. If new seed isn’t enough we offer Core Aeration which perforates the soil with small holes to allow more water, nutrients, and air into your lawn.
Weed Management
This service is a weed preventative application to your lawn, mulch beds, or other areas on your property that are prone to weeds.
